working both the push and pull functions of the arm muscle.

3. Eat Big: You can not build muscle if you don't give your body the nutrients it needs to convert into the muscle.
You want to focus on getting 1 gram of protein for each 1.5 pounds of bodyweight you have to start with. This should
best be accomplished by combining lean meats(Chicken,Turkey,Fish ) with perhaps a protein supplement. Also it is important
to not over look complex carbs like brown rice,yogurts and perhaps some supplements especially fortifying your body with
carbohydrates before an intense workout.
4. Recover properly: Don't forget that your body breaks down muscle during a workout and this sends a message that your
body needs to be propared for the next workout and it will adapt by adding more muscle over time. What many people forget
is to give the proper rest in between body parts to give your body the time to build that muscle and respond to your workouts.
Only workout a body part once per week or twice tops and try to keep 3 to 4 days in between working that body part.
